OFFICIAL NOTICE FOR NOMINATIONS OF OFFICERS

As per Section 14.4 (Nominations, Ballots) of the Constitution and General Laws, this will serve as notice that the nominations for all positions will be held at the Regular Charter Meeting on November 10th, 2025 at 7:00 PM and November 15th, 2025 at 11:00 AM.

In order to run for a position, candidates must have attended at least six Regular Meetings in each year during the 12 months prior, up to and including the nomination meeting. Candidates must qualify under all applicable clauses and articles of the ATU Local 583 Bylaws.

All candidates must submit a good quality photo to the Chief Returning Officer by 08:00 AM November 16th, 2025. Photo expenses will be reimbursed after the election, upon the presentation of a receipt, up to a maximum of $25.00. Please note photos can be placed in our mail slot of Suite #201 after hours if needed.

The date of the vote will be December 5, 2025.
