Bylaw Change Proposal from the Floor

The attached bylaw change proposals have been submitted for the Membership’s consideration by member Bill Johnson. As per the current Bylaws, the proposals will remain posted and will receive a first reading at the March 2026 Monthly Membership meeting with a second reading and vote at the April 2026 Membership Meeting with full discussion.
