OFFICIAL NOTICE OF NOMINATIONS FOR THE ELECTION OF DELEGATES TO THE 2028 AMALGAMATED TRANSIT UNION INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION

As per Section 6.7 of the Constitution and General Laws, this bulletin will serve as notice that there will be an election for delegates to the 2028 International Convention.

As per Article 115 of the Local By-laws, nominations will take place at the Regular Charter Meeting on November 10th, 2025 at 7:00 PM and November 15th, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
This vote is held concurrent to the Election of Officers to allow all Members in good standing to let their name stand for election if they choose.

All candidates must submit a good quality photo to the Chief Returning Officer by 08:00 AM November 16th, 2025. Photo expenses will be reimbursed after the election, upon the presentation of an original receipt, up to a maximum of $25.00.
